Former cricketer Irfan Pathan is all set to make his acting debut in the upcoming Tamil movie Cobra as supporting a role headlined by Vikram. Ajay Gnanamuthu, the director of the cobra, shared his first look at the film, on Irfan Pathan’s birthday on October 27, as a special gift.

In the First Look poster, Irfan Pathan is seen in a sharp look – all dressed in black, holding a gun. Irfan Pathan will play the role of Yaslan Yimlaz, a French Interpol officer in Cobra.
Earlier this year, the film team had to call-off their shooting schedule in Russia mid-way due to COVID-19-inspired dropdown and travel restrictions. later from the film’s schedule in Kolkata, Irrfan Pathan shared a glimpse of his character, when the shooting was resumed. In Cobra, Vikram is said to be featured in multiple incarnations, in February a glimpse of which was shared in the film’s first look poster. From a politician to a professor, All the characters played by Vikram will have an equal connection.
The scientific thriller Cobra was initially set to hit the screen sometime in May 2020, which was inevitably delayed due to the coronavirus epidemic.
